who are we?
The Legacy Center for Student Success (TLC) is an independent, nonsectarian, research-based, child-focused 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that seeks to collaborate with existing human service agencies and organizations to permanently improve learning outcomes for all children. TLC's primary emphasis is on addressing outside-of-the-classroom impediments to student learning.
