Dr. Richard Dolinski, President/CEO
Dr. Dolinski is the founder and President of The Legacy Center for Student Success (TLC). TLC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that seeks to overcome impediments to student learning that are not school related. He also is President of Dolinski Associates, Inc., a management consulting company specializing in Strategic Planning and Human Resource Systems. Dick is a partner and vice chairman of the Board of Directors of Omni Tech International, Ltd, a technical and management consulting organization. In addition, he is the chairman of GCRH, a software development company.
Dr. Dolinski earned a Ph. D. degree in physical organic chemistry from the University of Detroit. He was associated with The Dow Chemical Company for 32 years in various roles including research & development leadership in the US and Asia, commercial management including vice president of Dow’s global Automotive business, and as corporate vice president in Human Resources.
Dick is a member of the Board of Trustees of Citizens Banking Corporation (CBCF) and is chair of the Audit Committee. He serves on many civic and community boards including nearly 18 years on the Midland Public Schools Board of Education, Delta College, The Midland Area Community Foundation, The Delta College Foundation, Hidden Harvest and the Midland Rotary Club.
Dick and his wife Donna have three children and 6 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, skiing and travel.
